Ideas are useless. You will always have unlimited source of good ideas, it's about execution. Worrying about having the right idea and then having to manifest it because it's so good is only cause of stress.

I've had good ideas in the past which are now lost, because I, for one reason or another, never carried them out, or wrote them down so I'd remember them at a later date if it was something which potentially could have been.  Things like game ideas, or music ideas.  I once did have unique concepts for games and now I don't, whatever it was I had in mind is no longer.  Overall I'm less of a fountain of creativity than I used to be.
