Besides the usual meat and cheese, I like to dip mine in a bowl of egg yolk after the egg yolk has been mixed with a bit of milk, salt and sugar. I then roast them on a frying pan, I use either olive oil or butter exclusively to cook.
It's my lazy, but preferred way of including eggs in my diet that cover a wide spectrum of my nutritional needs and it always comes out tasting much better than cooked without too
