i've probably should've made this thread sooner given that people perceive some things as administrative disapproval but a week or two i was checking through the settings and saw that default bumplock limit was 1000 posts which is like twice what 4chan has which seemed excessive to me

this value has been set to 50, meaning your thread will  bumplock when it reaches that amount of replies, this doesn't imply anything about your thread, it happens automatically without my supervision  

given the amount of posts the average thread gets this seemed like a good value

50 seems a bit low, in case an interesting discussion ever appears besides the daily princess larp yap, I'd leave it at 150 for the sake of keeping things organized and to lessen the need to make a new thread and then dig through the site to find the old thread with all the relevant info to the discussion
