It's thanks to these threads that I am reminded of how negative gigamopey energy repels people whether you want it or not and that it's just better to pretend that you're fine so you don't end up completely alone in life and instead attract people who bring you joy too. 
Eventually you force your brain to genuinely think more positively through this as well. Who do you attract and what do you train your brain to do when you're constantly mopey and project that everywhere? Well you guessed it, more mopey shit and mopey people.
