frankly, i don't have gender dysphoria so i don't how it feels and what drives to you do what you do, but i don't really see what the end goal is from an outside perspective either
like, even if you pass 100%, get bottom surgery, you still won't be able to get pregnant and if you're looking for a long term relationship this is something you'd obviously want to mention to the person you're with
becoming an actual woman in the true sense of the word is simply not possible as it is now
but maybe i'm looking at it too much from a relationship point of view
