i spilled cigarette ash into my coffee like 10 minutes ago, almost threw up twice

I went to a local burger shop and used their ketchup on my fries and burger. Turns out everyone got sick after using their ketchup. They would try to save money by putting water in their ketchup and they would also leave the squeeze bottles out in the sun all day. I got food poisoning really badly and spent all night throwing up.
