Just sleep if you can squishy, better to do it when you're feeling recharged, its likely to go faster that way than slowly slogging through the night anyway

that's what i did at my last apartment becaues it was temporary but not having my own cozy place to return home to for like 6 months was really hard

sorry to hear that i hope things get better for you
i moved last month and it was really tough at first but i'm feeling better about it now and my sleeps have been a lot better because it still feels like i'm just visiting somewhere like a hotel so i have that weird well rested travel sleeping experience

thank you i am sure they will get better. the last six months of my life have just been so unstable in kind of every way (financially, emotionally, socially, relationship-wise) and it feels like i keep on hitting these more and more intense peaks and some days im like "holy shit i wish i was on mood stabilizers or something" and other days im like "im totally fine im getting better :)" and im hoping ill be able to set up a cozy home that i can come back to and always feel safe in. im really motivated to do it to i know what i need to be happier and i am going to ACHIEVE IT.

i know that feeling, its kind of surreal and it sorta feels like home but not quite yet

it's overuse of heat that damages hair, and ironing will definitely damage it, though not as bad as if you use lots of products
